Dr. Londyn Peeler is a native Texan, growing up in Desoto. She was an active child and always had dreams of being a doctor. She studied at the University of Louisville on a track scholarship, majoring in Exercise Science. Her path to chiropractic was indirect, while researching a Master’s program she learned about Chiropractic and attended Logan University in Chesterfield, MO.
During her time there, Dr. Peeler developed a philosophy that aligned to her values as not only a person but a clinician. She is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician as well as certified in many other techniques to not only help with pain relief but improve motion and functionality of the body.
ADJUSTMENTS
Dr. Peeler uses different techniques when adjusting to improve movement, function and decrease inflammation.
CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping therapy decreases the tension of the fascia and stimulates blood flow.
DRY NEEDLING
Dry Needling is an effective treatment using filiform needles to correct and treat musculoskeletal injuries and decrease pain and dysfunction.
IASTM
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation is a form of myofascial therapy that works to decrease restriction of the fascia, reducing pain and increasing motion.
TAPING
Kinesiology taping has many benefits; helping with pain relief and stability to improve function as well as providing support.
REHABILITATION EXERCISES
Improving the function and movement of the body is the most important goal after pain relief. If a person can move correctly they will be able to function uninhibited.
